Please read the policies on this page carefully. We love our customers and are here to serve you and make sure you get the best service possible. That is why we have created this page so you are informed and never have to guess or wait more than anticipated.
Your Patience and Understanding of Our Policies Are Greatly Appreciated
- We ask that you use the restroom prior to any service
- NUE’ is a non-smoking facility
- Clients and estheticians are only allowed in the waxing room while services are being performed. (Guests 16 yrs & younger must be accompanied by an adult.)
- Pets are not allowed
- Please arrive 5 min. prior to appointment
- We do not accept checks
- Gratuities are not included in our pricing
- Our specialists have seen it all, nothing is a big deal
SERVICES & CHANGES
We offer a 5-day performance policy on all waxing or threading services. If we failed to remove all unwanted hair while performing a service for a guest, we will gladly touch up the originally serviced area, within 5 calendar days of the original service date, at no charge.
Change or additional service, these must be requested with the receptionist prior to check in.
RETAIL EXCHANGES & RETURNS
NUE’ will issue a full refund for any products returned within 30 days along with original receipt. Product must be in new, unused condition with an unbroken seal or unopened packaging.
CAN I WALK IN OR DO I NEED A RESERVATION?
NUE’ loves walk-ins, conversely, if you make a reservation, we can guarantee that you will be treated on time. We will try to accommodate our walk-in guests accordingly.
We know there may be times when guests are running late. Due to a high volume of scheduled reservations/ walk-ins, we cannot promise your appointment time if you arrive late; if you call ahead to advise you are late we will try to accommodate you. If you are more than 7 minutes late for your reservation, you will be marked as a no-show and we may have to reschedule all or part of your services.
FORGOT TO CANCEL A RESERVATION
You will receive a courtesy call the 1st time you miss your reservation. On your 2nd missed reservation you’ll be notified of our No Show policy. Guests with 3 or more no-shows in a 5-month period may be restricted from booking reservations over the phone/ online and be placed as a walk-in only guest, meaning they need to book their reservation directly at the store when they’re ready to be serviced. We’d prefer for all guests to have the opportunity to book over the phone/ online and ask that you call, even at the last minute, to cancel a reservation.
